Who is responsible

Your personal data is held by PT Motion Global Ventures, which trades as Nanoshade Window Film, based in Tangerang, Banten, Indonesia. You can reach us at info@nanoshadefilm.com with any question about your data.

What we collect

When you send us a WhatsApp message we store your name, your phone number and the conversation, including any photographs of your vehicle or windows that you send.

When you complete the contact form on this site we store your name, phone number, email address and message.

If you buy from us we store your quotation details, the installation address and your warranty record.

When you visit this site we receive page view counts and page speed measurements from Cloudflare. Those contain no name, no IP address and no identifier for you.

Why we collect it

We collect this to answer your questions, prepare a quotation, arrange survey and installation appointments, and honour your warranty. Our basis is the request you made to us.

Our internal system sorts incoming enquiries so our team knows which to answer first, and assigns each one to a member of the sales team. That affects the order we reply in and who replies to you, nothing else. We make no automated decision that has a legal effect on you.

Who we give it to

We do not sell your data. We do not give it to anyone else for their own marketing.

Some service providers process it for us, only as far as their service requires: Meta, which operates the WhatsApp Business Platform your conversation runs on; Cloudflare, which serves this site, checks the form for automated submissions and gives us page view counts; Xero, which we use for quotations and invoicing if you buy; and our email provider, to send you email.

We may also disclose data where the law requires it.

Where your data is held

Our internal systems run on a server located in Singapore. If you contact us from outside Singapore, your data is transferred there for processing.

The service providers named above operate internationally and may process data in other countries.

How long we keep it

We do not delete enquiry records automatically, because an enquiry often pauses for months and then continues. Transaction records and tax documents are kept for the period set by Indonesian tax rules, and warranty records are kept while the warranty is running.

The page view figures from Cloudflare cannot be connected to you. The WhatsApp tap records we keep hold only the button placement name, the page address and the language, with no identifier, and they are deleted after 90 days.

Your rights

You have the right to know what we hold about you, to ask us to correct anything that is wrong, to ask us to delete it, and to ask us to stop contacting you.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies to track you and no advertising cookies. The visit measurement we use works without cookies and without identifiers.

The contact form includes a Cloudflare Turnstile check, which screens out automated submissions. That check runs only on the form page.
