Data Deletion

What we hold, and why

When you contact us about window film we store your name, your phone number and your conversation with our team, including any photographs of your vehicle or windows that you send. If we quote you, we store the quotation as well.

We keep it because you approached us about buying something. Our team needs that history to follow up properly, to honour what was already agreed, and so you are not asked the same questions twice by different people.

How long we keep it

We do not delete enquiry records automatically. A window film enquiry often pauses for months and then continues, and a customer who returns should not have to start again.

We do not sell your data and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Asking us to delete it

You can ask us to delete your data at any time, whether or not you bought from us. Send a request through either channel below, quoting the phone number you contacted us on. We need that number to find your records.

1. Email info@nanoshadefilm.com with the subject "Data deletion request".
2. Or send a WhatsApp message to +62 821 2211 8860 saying "I am requesting deletion of my data".
3. Include the phone number you originally contacted us on.

What happens when you ask

We action your request within 30 days of receiving it, and confirm on the channel you sent it from.

We delete your name, phone number, conversation history and enquiry records from our internal systems, apart from the records we are required to keep, below.

What we have to keep

If you have bought from us, we are required to keep the transaction record and the related tax documents for the period set by Indonesian tax rules. We cannot delete those on request.

We also keep warranty records while your warranty is still running, because we need them to honour a claim. They are deleted once the warranty period ends.
