Who we are

Nanoshade Window Film is operated by PT Motion Global Ventures, based in Tangerang, Banten, Indonesia. On this page "we" means PT Motion Global Ventures and "you" means the person or business using this site or contacting us.

By using this site, or by contacting us through the channels we provide, you agree to the terms on this page.

Information on this site

We work to keep the product information, film specifications and examples of our work on this site accurate and current. Specification figures come from manufacturer data sheets.

The information here is general and is not a binding offer. How a film performs on your vehicle or building depends on the glass, the orientation and the installation conditions, so real results can differ from laboratory figures.

Quotations and orders

A quotation we send you is valid for the period stated on that quotation. Where the quotation and this page differ, the quotation governs.

An order becomes binding once you accept the quotation and we confirm a date for the work. Changing the scope after that confirmation can change both the price and the schedule.

Communicating over WhatsApp

We use WhatsApp to answer questions, send quotations and arrange survey and installation appointments. When you message us, we store that conversation in our internal systems so our team can follow up on your enquiry.

We do not sell your data and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

WhatsApp is a third-party service operated by Meta. Your use of WhatsApp is also subject to Meta’s own terms, which are outside our control.

Warranty

Product and installation warranties are set out separately, in the e-warranty certificate emailed to you after installation and on the warranty page of this site. This page does not change, extend or limit those warranty terms.

Intellectual property

The text, photographs of our work, logos and other material on this site belong to us or are used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written consent.

Limits of our responsibility

We are responsible for the installation work we carry out and for the products we fit, on the terms of the applicable warranty.

We are not responsible for losses arising from relying on the general information on this site without first asking us for a survey or a written quotation.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. We will try to settle any dispute by discussion first.

Changes to these terms

We may update this page from time to time. The date it was last updated is shown at the top.
